Electronic Engineer – Software (RT201101)
Responsibilities
- Involve in software development of VoIP and Networking Telecommunication Products
- Work closely with project team and clients to ensure requirements are met
- Conduct program testing, debugging and software system integration
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science / Software Engineering
- Proficiency with C or C++, HTTP, HTML and CGI Web programming
- Exposure on both embedded Linux programming and GUI development in Linux for VoIP products, IP Phone, IP-PBX, Home internet gateway is preferable
- Java software development in Android is a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, analytical, responsible, good team player
- Fast learner, passion at mobile application development
Technical Trainee – Development Engineering (RT201102)
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customer on Internal BOMs creation and technical specifications / drawing EO conversion and releases based on original documentation from the customer before Pilot Run Production
- Liaise with internal departments to follow up project schedule and implementation of New Product Introduction from Engineering Prototype Build, Pilot Run Production to first Mass Production Run
- In charge of First Article evaluation for customized parts as well as for alternative components, liaise with supplier and customer on the sample approval
- Provide effective technical failure analysis on incoming material, process and customer failures and provide recommendations to Manufacturing Team on disposition
- Tender technical support with assistance from customer for all NPI projects (including Tooling, Test program, Manufacturing in VTech), act as a leader communication with customer on all technical issues
- Support both Material and Marketing Team on RFQ activities
- Do follow-up of packing design with customer except artwork design
- Drive improvement with customer on DFM, alternative component and other cost reduction issues with the Customer
- Define critical product characteristics to be controlled during manufacturing from incoming to outgoing processes in order to ensure product Quality
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Ability to work with different levels of organization
- Station in Dongguan Plant is required
