I) 职位名称：研究工程师 Position title：Communication technology research engineer

职责描述：

1. 进行接入网（光通信、cable、wifi、DSL、RF等）物理层通信技术的研究、创新，输出方案/专利/原型机等；

2. 从事物理层算法的设计、仿真、验证；

3. 代表华为参加ITU-T、IEEE等标准会议，或为华为标准活动提供技术支撑。

Position description：

1. Research on PHY layer technology of Access Network (optical communication, cable, wifi, DSL, and RF), and yield solutions, patents and prototypes.

2. Design PHY layer algorithm, and do related simulation and verification.

3. Represent Huawei in ITU-T or IEEE standard meetings, or/and create technical contribution to support Huawei in standard meetings.

职位要求：

1. 通信类算法、信号处理、光通信或相关领域博士学历；

2. 至少精通以下其一：通信原理、信号处理技术、信号检测技术、光纤通信基础、RF技术、网络虚拟化技术，具有DMT/CDMA/OFDM/MIMO或光信号均衡等算法和技术研究与开发经验者优先考虑；

3. Good at using Matlab or C for simulation.

II) 职位名称：软件技术工程师 Position title： Software technology research engineer

职责描述：

1. 研究IoT和智能家庭的系统架构，软件架构，通信方法，物联抽象数据模型和新的应用方向，输出方案/专利/原型机等；

2. 从事智能家庭的标准架构、数据抽象模型设计；

3. 代表华为参加BBF、IEEE等物联、智能家庭的标准会议，或为华为标准活动提供技术支撑。

Position description：

1. Research on system structure of IoT and smart home, software structure, ways of communication, abstract data modal of IoT, and new application, yield solutions, patents and prototypes.

2. Research on the standard structure of smart home; design abstract modal of data .

3. Represent Huawei in BBF or IEEE standard meetings about IoT & smart home, or/and create technical contribution to support Huawei in standard meetings.

职位要求：

1. 计算机、物联网、系统工程或相关领域博士学历；

2. 至少熟练使用一种面向对象编程语言（Java，C++）并理解面向对象设计思路；

职位名称：光电技术研究工程师 Position title：Optoelectronic Technology Research Engineer

职责描述：

1. 从事光模块技术研究，包括光调制解调技术研究及开发和光模块系统建模等.

2. 从事光器件技术研究，包括光学设计和高频设计等.

3. 从事光芯片技术研究，包括Si基光芯片、InP基光芯片的研究.

Position description：

1. Research on optical modules, including the modulation/demodulation technology,  and the  modeling of the module, etc.

2. Research on optical devices, including optical, electrical circuits and high speed RF design, etc.

3. Research on optical chips, including Si based and InP based optical chips.

职位要求：

1. 博士学历，光通信、光电子、物理电子、微电子、光学等相关专业,

2. 至少精通以下其一：通信原理、光学、光电子学、半导体基础；至少掌握相应一种仿真设计工具，例如VPI、Zemax、Rsoft等.

3. 具备以下单项或者多项技能、经验:

l  扎实的通信理论基础，熟练的光通信系统建模仿真分析技能

l  熟练的光学设计技能，有微纳光学、高斯光学、波导光学等理论基础和熟练的光学调测经验

l  光电子半导体研究经验，并参与过光器件（如激光器、光调制器、光接收机等）开发的项目

Position requirement：

1. Ph. D in Optical communication, Optoelectronics, Optics, Physical electronics, Micro-electronics and other related majors

2. Excellent skills in at least one of the listed subjects, optical communication, optics, optoelectronics, semiconductor. Excellent skills in one of the commercial design software, i.e. VPI, Zemax, Rsoft.

3. Possess at least one of the following skills:

l  In-depth knowledge of fiber optics, optoelectronic, skilled in optical communication system simulation

l  Strong problem-solving capabilities on optical design, knowledge of  Nano-photonics, Gaussian optics, optical waveguides

l  Successful experience on optical modules or components (laser, modulator, receiver and so on)

4. Good at oral and written English.
