Hong Kong Disneyland Graduate Engineer Program
We are currently seeking high-caliber candidates to embark on a journey with Hong Kong Disneyland’s Graduate Engineer Program to become future engineers with the Facility Services team. This comprehensive program was specially designed for university graduates who aspire to develop their career in a world-class, fully-integrated resort as a professional engineer.

Program Features
Career Fast-track: After the program, trainees will be developed as Support Engineer in one of the Facility Services functions.

Job Rotation: The dynamic Facility Services team offers exciting opportunities for the trainees to undertake responsibilities in developing and managing facility projects for spreading the Disney magic. The trainees will rotate across functional teams to broaden their exposure and foster a holistic engineering mindset.

Training and Development: To progress along a steep learning curve, our program offers abundant mentorship and learning opportunities for the trainees, including mentoring, seminars as well as other learning opportunities.

Overseas Exposure: Besides gaining local experience, you will also get a chance to visit and learn from our counterparts in the United States.
