Technology Trainee Program

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for fresh or recent graduates to work in a high growth, global business technology company based in Hong Kong and to be part of a company that is enjoying global success.

The program is structured to allow trainees to rotate between MPayMe’s key IT departments in order to gain hands-on experience in the development of the ZNAP™ mobile business platform. Trainees will be equipped with an overall understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and experience how ideas are transformed into ZNAP™, the internet/mobile products used by people around the world. The program consists of:

● 4 x 3 months block rotation through 4 key departments in the software development life cycle; IT Business Analysis, Software Development, Quality Assurance and Operations and Delivery;

● Each trainee will be assigned a mentor from the particular department for the duration of each block;

● Trainees will receive ongoing guidance and support and meet weekly with their mentor;

● Upon completion of the program, trainees will be placed permanently into the department based on their interests, skills sets and according to business needs.

Requirements

● A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering is preferred;

● Experience in building technology products, e.g. mobile and web applications are highly desirable but not mandatory;

● Self-motivated and a quick learner;

● Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

● Good problem solving skills and attention to detail;

● Excellent communication and analytical skills;

● Passionate about building an internet-scale product used around the world;

● Basic understanding of project management.
