2014 Graduate Trainee Programme (Licence Stream and Technical Stream) [PIP Job ID: 0553-2]
This is a Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) accredited Scheme “A” Training  programme in the Aircraft Engineering discipline covering aircraft maintenance practices, aircraft design principles and construction, systems operation, inventory management, maintenance planning and control, aviation legislations, and safety management etc. Trainees in these streams will go through training in pursuit of membership in HKIE. Furthermore, by fulfilling the necessary requirement, trainees will be able to obtain the aircraft maintenance licence issued by the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department. Upon successful completion of the programme, they will continue to develop their career in allocated business units.

Requirements:
– University degree, majoring in Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or other related disciplines with good academic results
– Good interpersonal and communication skills
– Analytical, innovative, self-motivated and determination to succeed
– Good team player and possessing strong leadership qualities
– Proficient in both English and Chinese, both spoken and written
– Interested in the field of aviation or aircraft engineering
– Right of abode in Hong Kong
