Speaker: Mr. Keith Lie
Keith is the founder and CEO of Vcast, Inc. With extensive experience in IT, Keith strives to consult a number of reputable clients in government, listed companies, MNCs, education, media, and public sectors.  Keith holds an Executive Master Degree in Marketing from the City University of New York, Fellow of Professional Validation Centre of Hong Kong Business Sector (FPVCB), and a Professional Diploma in Corporate Governance and Directorship. Besides, he has won the awards such as, “Capital Leaders of Excellence 2011”, “Enterprise Asia 2011” and selected as one of 55 people who contributed to HK since 1997 Handover.

Currently, he is

  • the Executive Committee Member of Hong Kong Wireless Technology Industry Association,
  • Fellow of The Professional Validation Centre of Hong Kong Business Sector,
  • Technical Standards Advisory Committee (TSAC) of Office of The Telecommunication Authority (OFTA),
  • Course Validation Board External Member and External Examiner of Vocational Training Council (VTC),
  • Vice-chairman of 40+ Association,

Keith was awarded and appointed as the first Asian member of Association of Online Professional (AOP), ex-vice-chairman of HK Amateur Communication Association (HKACCA), committee member of International Webcasting Association (IWA), and ex-head of several worldwide BBS networks for Asia region. Besides, Keith has been honorable panel judge for ICT Awards 2010, Safety and Health at Work 2011, and 40+ Distinguished Awards, etc.

Over the past years, Keith is actively involved in charity and community services such as Cartias, Oxfam, Orbis, HK Junior Chamber, Hong Kong Caring Magic Circus, Church, etc., and has been advisor of different NGOs such as HK Joint School Campus TV Association, hChannel.TV (Online Christian media), and etc..
