Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme

Our Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme provides opportunities to outstanding university graduates and aims to develop them to be our future leaders.  The graduate trainees will be inducted into the organization’s core competencies that will not only allow them to understand inner operations of HAESL but also develop and hone their skills as a potential management leader and a professional engineer at HAESL.

Programme Structure

1st & 2nd Year	Undergo HKIE Scheme A On-the-job training in various departments Soft skills and management training Continuous Professional Development activities
3rd & 4th Year	Work in one of the departments at HAESL Secondment to Cathay Pacific Airways (10-12 weeks); and Secondment to Rolls-Royce in the UK (10-12 weeks)

Entry Requirements

Academic Qualification	Honors degree in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline
Job Competencies	Highly organized with self-motivation and commitment Strong interpersonal skills to contribute in a team environment Good analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent communication in English and Chinese
