We are currently seeking high-performing students to join our Operations, Services and Technology divisions on a 12-month industrial placement, a scheme offering you the opportunity to cover a diverse range of technology roles across the breath of our business, from Retail Banking and Wealth Management to Commercial Banking and Global Banking and Markets. You will experience the challenges of a technology-driven business environment, contributing to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on our business success.

Through on-the-job learning, you will develop your technical knowledge. This will be enhanced by various technology and business seminars and opportunities to hear from senior manager on various business activities. Over the course of the placement, you will benefit from a range of learning and development initiatives, including networking sessions, Student Learn and Share Sessions, and continuous coaching from your team, all intended to ensure you continue developing to make the most of your talent.
