exceeded 4.4 million by the end of Q1 2010. When 3G mobile has reached such penetration, how soon would you anticipate 4G to come? What will be the data rate of 4G? What are the characteristics of 4G mobile?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Centre for Innovation and Technology<\/strong> collaborates with <strong>Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN)<\/strong> to organize a series of workshops on 4G mobile technologies. Besides a tutorial on 4G technologies, NSN experts will provide a live demo of an FDD-LTE (Frequency Division Duplex &#8211; Long Term Evolution) complete system at the 20\u2019 container temporarily placed at the ground floor of Ho Sin Hang Engineering Building.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop is free-of-charge to CUHK staff and students.
